ADVENT CALENDAR DELIVERIES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A LITTLE CHECK THAT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE 

Our beautiful Advent Calendars are making their way out into the world, and we want to make sure every single one arrives safely at its destination!

It’s really important that every Advent Calendar order has a valid email address AND mobile number attached to it.

We’re currently seeing some Advent Calendar orders being returned to our warehouse because APC have been unable to contact the recipient following an attempted delivery.

If APC are delivering your order and no one is in, they may not leave a card. Instead, delivery notifications are sent by email or text – so without valid contact details, you may not know that delivery has been attempted or that you need to rearrange it.

Please take a moment to double-check the email address and mobile number on your orders. It’s a small thing, but so important in helping those gorgeous Advent Calendars get safely into the right hands!

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

One Advent Calendar only: Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Multiple items in your order: Your order will be delivered by APC.

IF YOUR ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED BY APC

If no one is in when APC attempt delivery, you’ll receive a notification by email or text. This will include a link allowing you to rearrange delivery for a day that works best for you, or you can choose to collect your parcel from the depot if you prefer.

APC will make two delivery attempts only. If they’re unable to successfully deliver after the second attempt, the parcel will make its way back to our warehouse.

IMPORTANT – EXPRESS ORDERS TO HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS / NORTHERN IRELAND

If your APC order is being delivered to the Highlands & Islands, please do not select Express Delivery, as we are only able to send these orders on a 2–5 day delivery service.

Likewise, if your APC order is being delivered to Northern Ireland, please do not select Express Delivery, as these orders can only be sent using APC’s road service.

So please help us make sure there are no Advent Calendars making an unwanted return journey! Check those contact details are present and correct so we can get these very special parcels safely where they belong.
